It is playing a major role in building the next generation super thermal power facilities and also undertakes projects for rehabilitation and upgrading of existing power plants to prolong their life cycles and increase their generation capacity.

SPML is currently spearheading, executing and managing high-value projects on Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC), Public Private Partnership (PPP), and Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) basis by using advanced technology to ensure that new facilities are cost-efficient and meet the environmental standards.
