SPML Infra is executing urban water supply project for improvement in water distribution networks in Delhi for Mehrauli & Vasant Vihar and adjoining areas that involves rehabilitation and development of water distribution network, construction of underground reservoir to enhance the existing capacity from 4.3 million litres to 18.3 million litres, rehabilitation and replacement of 42000 house service connection, non-revenue water management, installation of AMR & Non AMR water meters, 24x7 consumer care centre, metering, billing including operations & maintenance for 10 years.
SPML Infra is executing another urban water supply and distribution network in Delhi for improvement in Malviya Nagar to provide drinking water facility to 3.25 lac residents. The scope of work includes rehabilitation and development of 191 kms water distribution network, replacement & up-gradation of 40 kms of pipelines, trenchless works, rehabilitation and replacement of approximately 40,000 service connections with metering & billing and 24x7 consumer service centre among other related works including Operation & Maintenance for 12 years.
SPML is executing 6 important ADB funded 24X7 Water Supply projects in Karnataka in the cities: Bellary, Raichur, Hospet, Gadag-Betageri, Sindhanur and Haveri to serve combined population of about 1.4 million. The combined Scope of work involves rehabilitation and development of water distribution network, 1700 kms of water supply pipelines, rehabilitation and replacement of 2,50,000 house service connection, non-revenue water reduction, installation of AMR & Non AMR water meters, 24x7 Consumer Care Centre, metering, billing including operations & maintenance in all cities for 5 years.
SPML is executing an important water project distribution project for augmenting water supply of Bangalore City. The project under the Cauvery water Supply Scheme involves construction of Clear Water Reservoirs, Pumping Stations and associated Electro-Mechanical works on turnkey basis including Design, Engineering & Procurement, and Construction/Erection with O&M for 7 years post the Commissioning.
SPML Infra’s Pokaran Water Supply Project aims to provide clean drinking water to 580 villages of Jaisalmer and Barmer districts and nearby towns of Pokaran, Falsoond, Balotra and Siwana and will cater to a population of over 1.2 million. In addition to the water supply, it will also cater the bulk clear water demands of Defence and Industries. The scope involves 125 MLD water treatment plants, 400 kilometers water pipeline, 300 ML raw water reservoir, 3 clear water reservoirs of 10,850 KL capacity each, 16 pumping stations, 2 master control with operations & maintenance for 10 years.
SPML Infra is executing India's largest AMR Metering project in Delhi for Delhi Jal Board to install 2.4 Lac AMR & Non AMR Water Meters with 7 years of operation & maintenance post commissioning.
SPML Infra is executing Phase III of Saurashtra-Narmada Avtaran Irrigation (SAUNI Yojana), with laying of 139 kilometres 1000-2700 mm diameters pipeline along with construction of pumping station and allied works. The project envisage to irrigate 1.8 million hectare of land in Saurashtra, Kutch and north Gujarat; benefiting millions of farmers and supplying potable water to 39 million people across 132 towns and 11,456 villages in Gujarat to address the scarcity of drinking water. SPML Infra has earlier completed the Phase I of Sauni Irrigation project in Gujarat, which was inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi in April 2017.
SPML Infra is executing one of India’s largest and first Comprehensive Underground Sewerage System in Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra. The project comprises of design, supply, laying, and commissioning of 113 km of Sewer lines; 10 Pumping Stations and 10 Sewerage Treatment Plants with total capacity of 115 MLD with latest MBBR technology. The sewage system implies closure of existing septic tanks and drainage through storm water drains improving overall hygiene and living standards.
SPML has constructed sewerage network and sewage treatment plant for Kanpur city on turnkey basis. The project includes 130 km sewerage network including branch, main and trunk sewers using R.C.C. pipes ranging from 150 to 1800 mm dia, three Pumping Stations of 14, 40 and 42 MLD and Sewage Treatment Plant of 42 MLD based on activated sludge process including power generation from biogas.
