| Subhash Projects & Marketing Ltd, which is mostly engaged in the power and water related projects
within the infrastructure sector, is aggressively bidding for road projects, and is likely to register a
turnover of Rs 700 crores for the year ended March 31, 2006. For 2006-07, Mr. Subhash Sethi,
Vice Chairman & Managing Director said the target is to make it a Rs 1,000-crore company. The company
is currently having an order book worth more than Rs 2,000 crores and the projects would be completed
within the next 30 months.

Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Ltd for Execution of Rural Electrification work under 'Rajiv Gandhi
Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana (RGGVY)" for Rural Electricity Infrastructure and Household electrification
for Chitradurga, Kolar, Bangalore Rural and Tumkur Districts of Karnataka.
1. Execution of Rural Electrification work on turnkey basis in Chitradurga District
of Karnataka: Rs 417.70 million
2. Execution of Rural Electrification work on turnkey basis in Kolar District
of Karnataka: Rs 328.90 million
3. Execution of Rural Electrification work on turnkey basis in Bangalore Rural District
of Karnataka: Rs 384.30 million
4. Execution of Rural Electrification work on turnkey basis in Tumkur District
of Karnataka: Rs 240.70 million

Subhash Projects and Marketing Ltd. – New Delhi, India
Subhash Projects & Marketing Ltd., has reached an agreement with Light Stream Technologies,
Inc. in Reston, VA, on a strategic alliance for distributing the US Company’s products.
Light Stream will license its pulsed ultraviolet water disinfection technology to Subhash for both
product assembly in India and joint marketing efforts in the region. The company said final
details of the arrangement should be settled by June 30. |
