Job Description: Complete operational experience at least for one year on using SAP MM, PS, SD modules and
integration aspects to FI as an end user in any construction or manufacturing organization where
Project planning is integral part of the Job responsibility Role Deliverables:
Support:
- Interacting with Cross function team and helping them by clarifying their day to day doubts
in SAP system
- Attending Service Desk issues and to provide L1 support to end users.
- Review and ensure appropriate documentation of training & User id creation records.
Training:
- Preparing and imparting training on SAP MM, PS and SD modules to cross function, Internal
IT and new joiners.
- Review the training needs of end users, prepare training plan, coordinate with Training
department to implement/impart
- Ensuring end user personnel are trained on new trends and latest developments.
Process:
- Understand the new developments in system and update respective users about the change.
- Bring process changes in business applications raised during training.
- Interact with SAP L2 team on all technical requirements of the system.
- Testing the system when a new process introduced and any process change attempted.
Candidate should have:
- Good Communications Skills
- Domain knowledge on Construction projects execution and billing
- At least one implementation experience as core team member or two years as end user on
any SAP environment (preferably Projects / Manufacturing companies)
- Strong Team Building skills.
- Knowledge in Support, Rollouts and New implementation
- Good team coordination capabilities
- Problem solving skill
- Team player
Key Skills:
Essential: Complete knowledge on SAP MM and working knowledge in PS Modules with integration
of MM,SD & FI modules.
Desirable: Knowledge in EPM standards and Project Management techniques.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in SAP, 2+ years in Function
Education: Degree/Diploma in engineering preferably in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical |

- Ensures planning for operations and maintenance activities for the region with emphasis on cost and quality.
- Develops, plans and implements goals and objectives for the operations and maintenance department.
- Prepares and monitors the annual budget for all O&M activities.
- Ensures adequate funding and minimizes the cost of operations and implementation of projects.
- Ensures generation of average annual operating earnings growth.
- Ensures the effective delivery of objectives laid down in the contracts.
- Maintains customer relationships and ensures timely communication to enhance Customer satisfaction.
- Ensures effective implementation and control of operation and maintenance activities.
- Ensures suitable manpower planning as per approved organization chart.
- Ensures that the maintenance works are carried in an efficient and safe manner for economical and reliable plant operations as per the quality, safety and industry standards.
- Ensures compliance to statutory and labor laws as per the Industrial Act.
- Approves all expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials and additional plant O&M requirements.
- Ensures effective usage of various methodologies for optimum performance and reliability of plant equipments and systems.
- Ensures proper review, control, implementation, and documentation of required equipment design changes in a timely manner.
- Assumes responsibility for timely assessment of risks in the plant location & plans for mitigation.
- Monitors activities to optimizes equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Ensures availability of procedures and documents to support and direct the engineers.
- Ensures timely generation of reports to be shared with the management/ client.
Experience: 15+ years of experience in relevant sector in the Area of Project Execution/O & M.
