P.C. Sethi, Founder Chairman
(29 January 1929 - 19 August 2012)

Mr. P.C. Sethi was born into a family of freedom fighters in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Mr. P.C. Sethi who nurtured the vision of making big things happen, migrated to Guwahati, Assam to make his dreams a reality. It was here that the entrepreneur in him emerged. From setting up a hardware business, he slowly diversified into establishing SPML Infra Limited to cater to the burgeoning need of the country at that time. As the founder and the eternal guiding light, He is forever cherished for his vision to put India on the world map through SPML.

		Anil Sethi Chairman Emeritus His extraordinary entrepreneurial acumen has inspired the organization to grow into a multi – faceted conglomerate. He has been instrumental in developing the concept of turnkey developers for non conventional energy projects in India. His leadership has enabled the Group to foray into several infrastructure projects in Public Private Partnership. As the Chief Mentor, he has nutured, developed and empowered leaders at every level of the organization.

		Subhash Sethi Chairman He is considered as the backbone behind the success of the group. He brings with him a wealth of experience in contract financing and contract execution and management. His contract management skills have enabled the group to execute turnkey projects successfully. Time and again, he has lead initiatives under challenging circumstance, complex terrains across the length and breadth of the country. A hard task master, his innovative leadership management is a source of constant inspiration.

		Sushil Sethi Managing Director A born leader, he has spear headed the business strategies and diversification activities of the group by focusing on both the organic and inorganic business acquisitions. His charismatic client interactions have ensured new as well as repeat business for the group. He has been instrumental in conceptualising and leading urban environmental management initiatives. He has rich experience in the execution of EPC contracts in water supply, power and infrastructure development projects.

		Deepak Sethi Director MBA from Deakin University, Australia, he infuses enthusiasm into the group with his new age business tactics. He is currently involved in the marketing, planning, execution, operation and maintenance of contracts in water and power sector. He has been instrumental in developing the Information and Technology edge within the organization. He has the dream of taking the organization to the global heights where it can emerge as a true business leader..

		R L Gaggar Director He is a noted practicing lawyer from the High Court in Kolkata. He brings with him a rich experience in lawsuits and arbitration. His everlasting quality of determining truth has earned him major accolades. He has held major directorial positions in many of the renowned organizations in the country.

		Sartak Behuria Director A BA, Economics (Hon) from St. Stephens College, Delhi and MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad, has lead an illustrious career and corporate leadership experience of close to four decades. He has been the Chairman of Public Sector Giants such as Indian Oil Corporation and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited respectively. He spent nearly 30 years with the latter, and had leadership experience across functions – Finance, HR, Marketing and Strategic Planning. Amongst his several achievements, he is a recipient of the prestigious Scope Award for excellence and outstanding contribution to Public Sector Management – individual category 2006-07 from the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India.

		Amit Kanodia Director He is a seasoned entrepreneur and private equity investor with over 20 years of experience in building middle market companies. He is the Managing Partner of Lincoln Ventures, President of The Lincoln Properties Group and a Trustee of the Kanodia Family Foundation that are based in the United States of America. He is a member of President Barack Obama's New England Finance & Streering Committee since its inception in 2007 and is a member of the Finance & Steering Committees for Governor Deval Patrick, Congressman Michael Capuano and Congressman William Delahunt all from the State of Massachusetts, USA.
